We booked a top category i.e Premium Luxury Sea View Cottage. Room was great,
View from room was obstructed by a huge pillar built for an over head tank. "This Tank when filled it SPILLS Water all over the main door seating area of the cottage. And this takes place at least twice a day. I can call this as nuisance. Also washroom was not maintained, shower was leaking it was not working properly. Wash basin sink has NO TRAP/MESH. It means if you unluckily drop something in basin. Then it's GONE forever.
I'm Giving 3* STARS only because of the Restaurant which serves great Food. Service by the waiters and manager at restaurant was splendid.
Things needed to be improved.
1. Smile on the face of receptionist (they are damn serious always and not much cooperative)
2. Room service
3. Maintaince of the washrooms and the over head tank which ruined our whole experience.
